Marketing Campaigns Senior Associate

Leads the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and fundraising outcomes for World Vision Malaysia. This role is accountable for campaign performance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

1. Campaign Planning & Strategy

• Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with organizational priorities and fundraising goals.

• Define campaign objectives, messaging, and channel strategies.

• Translate business needs into actionable and measurable campaign plans.

• Drive alignment across internal stakeholders.

2. Campaign Management & Execution

• Own end-to-end campaign execution from planning to post-campaign evaluation.

• Manage agencies, vendors, and partners independently.

• Ensure strong integration across digital, on-ground, and partnership channels.

• Identify risks and proactively resolve issues.

3. Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Analyse campaign performance data and derive actionable insights.

• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance engagement and ROI.

• Monitor and optimize budget utilization.

4. Stakeholder & Partner Management

• Engage and manage internal stakeholders effectively.

• Present campaign plans, progress, and results to stakeholders.

• Build and manage partnerships to amplify campaign impact.

5. Events & Public Engagement

• Lead planning and execution of key campaigns and events.

• Represent the organization in presentations and engagement sessions.

6. Team Contribution & Mentorship

• Guide and support Executives or interns in campaign execution.

• Contribute to process improvements and campaign innovation.

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing or campaign management.

• Proven experience managing campaigns end-to-end.

• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
