Mr Lee is the Managing Director of Asli Mechanical Sdn Bhd and the Vice President of the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers. An active leader in the Chinese Methodist Church circle, he is Chairman of Methodist Crisis Relief & Development and also serves on the Board of Beautiful Gate Foundation for the Disabled.

Mr Lee joined the Board of World Vision Malaysia in 2016 and was appointed Chair of the Board in October 2019.

Ms Chen is practising as a lawyer with Rahmat Lim and Partners in Kuala Lumpur and is also concurrently a Partner at Allen & Gledhill in Singapore. She has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of corporate and commercial law. She joined the World Vision Malaysia Board in 2020.

Datuk Ho is currently the President of REHDA Malaysia. He is also the Executive Advisor to CITIC Sunsuria Sdn Bhd. He has more than 40 years of experience in property development as well as relevant fields such as engineering, consultancy, road privatisation and general management. He joined the Board of World Vision Malaysia in 2019.

Dr Thomas is currently the Executive Dean of the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences at Taylor’s University. He joined the World Vision Malaysia Board in 2016.

Ms Ong has been the Chief Investment Officer of Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad since August 2017. She has over 20 years of experience in managing investments for the insurance and asset management industry. She has also been the commander of the Royal Rangers KL1 outpost for the past 10 years.

Ms Ong joined the Board of World Vision Malaysia in 2019.

Rev. Dr Lim is a Lecturer of New Testament Studies, the Director of Postgraduate Studies, and the Director of the Centre for Research & Publications at Seminari Theoloji Malaysia (STM). He is also the Dean of STM – KL Centre and lectures at other seminaries in the region. He is an ordained minister with the Anglican Diocese of West Malaysia.

He joined the Board of World Vision Malaysia in 2016.

Ms Toh has vast experience leading external and internal communications for public listed corporations as well as national family-owned businesses in a broad array of industries. She also has experience in banking as well as overseeing corporate social responsibility efforts that make a difference in local communities.  

Ms Toh joined the World Vision Malaysia Board in 2020.

Mr Badenoch is the World Vision International (WVI) Partnership Leader for Support Office Engagement. He sits on seven other World Vision National Boards including World Vision Hong Kong, Japan and Korea. He was previously the WVI Global Leader for Advocacy and Justice for Children, and prior to that was CEO of World Vision UK.

Outside of World Vision, Mr Badenoch mentors post-graduate students at Oxford University.

Terry Leong is the Chief Executive Officer of World Vision Malaysia. Prior to her appointment, she was the Senior Director overseeing World Vision Malaysia’s local projects. These included Community Development Programmes in Mukim Tulid and Tatalaan, Sabah covering areas such as education, child protection, economic development and water, sanitation & hygiene. She is also the Spokesperson for One Goal Malaysia, which advocates for nutrition for children through sports like badminton and football. In 2023, Terry was recognised as one of Asia’s Most Influential by Tatler Asia.

Terry graduated from Monash University, Australia, with a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws. She was a corporate legal advisor before joining World Vision International in 2009. In 2015, she joined the senior leadership of World Vision Malaysia. She is married to CK, and they have two sons.
