Marketing Campaigns Associate

RM3,000 – RM4,000

Supports the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns that raise awareness, drive engagement, and support fundraising efforts for World Vision Malaysia's mission. This role focuses on delivering campaign activities effectively while building capability across the full campaign lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

1. Campaign Planning & Coordination

• Support development of campaign plans based on team direction.

• Assist in preparing campaign briefs, timelines, and coordination documents.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Communications, Digital, Fundraising) to ensure smooth rollout.

2. Campaign Execution

• Execute assigned campaign components across digital, social media, print, and on-ground channels.

• Support development of campaign materials and content.

• Ensure all outputs adhere to brand and messaging guidelines.

• Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

3. Market Research & Reporting

• Conduct basic research on audience trends and campaign performance.

• Track key campaign metrics and prepare reports.

• Provide observations and highlight key findings.

4. Events & Public Engagement

• Support planning and execution of events, roadshows, and campaigns.

• Coordinate logistics and provide on-site support.

• Assist in engagement activities with public or partners when required.

5. Collaboration & Administrative Support

• Maintain campaign documentation and records.

• Work closely with team members to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

• Support interns or team members when required.

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.

• Experience supporting marketing campaigns or events is an advantage.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

• Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
