Leads the development and execution of corporate partnership and fundraising strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth, strategic collaborations, and long-term partner engagement for World Vision Malaysia. This role is accountable for achieving corporate fundraising targets, building high-value partnerships, and leading a team to deliver impactful and scalable engagement initiatives that advance the organization's mission.
1. Corporate Partnership Strategy & Growth
• Develop and drive the corporate partnerships strategy aligned with organizational priorities and revenue targets.
• Identify, prioritize, and secure high-value corporate partnerships, foundations, and strategic collaborators.
• Build a strong pipeline of potential partners and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Position World Vision Malaysia as a preferred CSR partner through compelling value propositions and impact storytelling.
2. Fundraising Leadership & Revenue Accountability
• Own and deliver annual corporate fundraising targets (revenue, acquisition, retention).
• Lead and optimize fundraising channels including Face-to-Face (F2F), Telemarketing, Roadshows, and corporate campaigns.
• Oversee campaign planning, budgeting, and performance tracking to ensure strong ROI.
• Drive continuous improvement in fundraising strategies, channel effectiveness, and cost efficiency.
3. Strategic Stakeholder Management
• Build and manage relationships with senior corporate stakeholders, major donors, and partners.
• Lead high-level presentations, negotiations, and partnership discussions.
• Ensure strong partner stewardship through impactful reporting, engagement, and recognition initiatives.
• Represent World Vision Malaysia in external forums, CSR engagements, and networking platforms.
4. Performance Management & Insights
• Track, analyse, and report on partnership performance, campaign outcomes, and revenue growth.
• Translate data into actionable insights to improve strategy and execution.
• Ensure high standards of reporting, CRM management, and data integrity.
• Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.
5. Team Leadership & Capability Building
• Lead, coach, and develop team members (Senior Executives / Executives) to achieve performance targets.
• Set clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability standards within the team.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on results, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and capability building within the function.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Digital, Communications, Programmes, and Finance teams to align partnership initiatives with organizational goals.
• Drive integrated campaigns that maximize engagement, visibility, and fundraising impact.
• Contribute to organizational initiatives and transformation efforts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in corporate fundraising, business development, partnerships, or sales.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and securing high-value partnerships.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
