Emergency Appeal – Middle East Crisis

Renewed hostilities since 2 March 2026 have engulfed Lebanon. Airstrikes across Beirut, Bekaa, Baalbek‑Hermel, and the south have forced more than 1.2 million people to flee their homes— including 390,000 children already scarred by repeated displacement.

Since then, violence has remained relentless, with repeated strikes, shelling, and drone attacks.

Shelters are overwhelmed, and humanitarian needs are escalating across the country. Families are struggling to access safety and basic necessities. For children, this is yet another chapter in their childhood marked by disrupted education, shattered safety, and compounding trauma.

Since March, our teams have reached more than 840,000 people with hot meals,  ready-to-eat food, and emergency support — prioritising displaced children and families in collective shelters.

We’re also working to keep children connected to psychosocial support, safe spaces, and education.

But our resources are critically limited and running out fast.
