8-YEAR OLD FUNDRAISING FOR CHILDREN IN NEED
When she was five, Kam Su-Sze raised RM33,000 to help tsunami survivors using just colour pencils and paint.
Now eight, she has produced gift wrappers and cards to feed hungry children in North Korea via World Vision.

101 HAIR CARE: CHILD SPONSORSHIP CAMPAIGN
101 Hair Care outlets across the nation will be raising funds for child sponsorship from 15 November 2008 to 31 January 2009.
Donations will be raised from the sales of 101 Hair Care Set and Harvest Hair Care Set. The campaign successfully raised funds to sponsor nine children earlier this year.

IMPORTANT: Gifts of Hope Website Phishing Alert

Dear Supporter/Donor:

It has come to our attention that our Gifts of Hope Catalogue website has been exposed to the illegal act of "phishing" by unknown parties. We have since shut the said website down.

A handful of donors who donated via the Gifts of Hope website received an email falsely claiming to be from World Vision Malaysia, requesting for his/her credit card details.

The sender is bogus and is trying to steal the user's information. World Vision Malaysia DOES NOT request for donors' credit card information via email.

If you have received such an email, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at 03-78806414. Meanwhile, we advise that you take immediate steps to protect yourself by placing fraud alerts on your credit cards with your bank.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and seek your cooperation in apprehending these unscrupulous culprits. The security of our supporters' information is of the utmost priority to us,
and we are currently conducting investigations as to how the breach occurred, given that security procedures had been put in place to protect our supporters' information.
